Eligibility

Returns are available within 30 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

• Items are new, unused, and unwashed
• Items are in their original packaging with tags attached
• Proof of purchase is provided

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage may apply.

Returnable Cases

• Defective printing or design flaws
• Spelling mistakes made by us
• Wrong color sent
• Items arriving with stains or defects
• Any other mistakes caused by our production team

Non-Returnable Cases

• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Incorrect print or customization selected at checkout
• Errors in custom text or design provided by the customer
