You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to initiate a cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. We will notify you via email if your order is cancelled by our system.
If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
