Cancellation Policy
At Trialise, we aim to provide the best service experience. Please review our cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding order cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation by Customer
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to initiate a cancellation.
2. Cancellation by Trialise
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. We will notify you via email if your order is cancelled by our system.
3. Refund Process
If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
4. Exceptions
Certain products or services may be non-cancellable or non-refundable. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page or during the checkout process.
