Returns Policy

At a glance

30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Keep items new with tags. We cover return shipping when it’s our error; you cover it for change-of-mind. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection in 5-7 business days, with your bank taking 5-10 business days to post.

Your return window

Return period: 30 days from the delivery date.

If the window has passed, we’re unable to accept the item.

Who pays for return shipping

No restocking fees apply.

Eligible reasons for a return

  • Defective or damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item or wrong size shipped
  • Significantly different from the description or photos
  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted if item condition requirements are met

Item condition requirements

To keep every piece runway-ready, returns must arrive in original condition:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging where possible

Photos we need to help you faster

  • Clear, well-lit photos of the issue or defect (close-up)
  • A photo of the size tag
  • Front and back photos of the full garment
  • Outer packaging if damaged during transit (if applicable)

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected].
  2. Include your order number in the subject line.
  3. Tell us your reason (defect, wrong item, change of mind, etc.).
  4. Attach the required photos.
  5. Let us know your preferred resolution: refund or exchange (and desired size/color).

Please wait for our approval email before sending anything back. Your approval message will include return instructions and the correct return address. The return shipping method will be confirmed there based on the scenario.

Exchanges

Love the style but need a different size or color? If the requested variant is in stock and your item meets the condition requirements, we’re happy to exchange.

  • Our error: we cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind: you cover return shipping.
  • Once confirmed, your replacement follows our standard handling time of 1-2 business days and transit time of 2-5 business days.

What we can’t accept

  • Items that are used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original tags or with removed/cut tags
  • Returns with excessive wear, odors, stains, or damage not caused by transit/manufacture
  • Minor cosmetic variations such as slight color tone differences or natural fabric variations
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Approval, timing, and refunds

We’ll reply to your request within 1-2 business days. After your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days to your original payment method in USD. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping is refunded only when we’re at fault, as outlined above.
